Vienna becomes the meeting point for those who do not merely observe global shifts, but actively shape them.
An exclusive environment for exchange, designed to support sound decision-making and robust strategic positioning.
A carefully curated setting. Limited access. Maximum relevance.
B-SAFE26 takes place in Vienna because the city has, for centuries, stood as a center of political mediation and international understanding.
As a historic hub of diplomacy – from the Congress of Vienna to its role as an East-West crossroads – Vienna provides the appropriate setting
for substantive exchange. With the Palais Niederösterreich, the summit anchors this tradition in a venue defined by real decision-making.
Located in the heart of Vienna, on Herrengasse, just steps from the Hofburg and Ballhausplatz, the Palais Niederösterreich is a place where political history was not observed, but decided. During the Revolution of 1848, it became a focal point of pivotal confrontations. Later, the Provisional National Assembly convened here, marking the transition from monarchy to republic.
A house defined by turning points and reordering. B-SAFE26 deliberately draws on this context – for conversations that demand substance and prepare decisions. more
Markus Langemann stands for independent journalism and precise analysis. With the Club der klaren Worte, he has created a platform that structures complex developments and makes them accessible. At B-SAFE26, he guides through a day designed for substance and clarity.
Diana-Maria Stocker is responsible for the editorial structure of the summit. With many years of experience in leading television newsrooms, she ensures coherence, depth, and a clear narrative—beyond the logic of short-term headlines.
Leading voices from law, capital, technology, science and geopolitical analysis come together — carefully selected, intellectually distilled, and rigorously focused on what truly matters.
They provide structure, challenge assumptions, and draw clear lines where others remain merely descriptive. At the center are connections that endure — and insights that inform decisive action.
Distinguished personalities who actively shape the exchange in selected conversation formats.
„From the earliest morning hours, a distinctive haze of coffee steam fills every coffeehouse, and it is precisely this atmosphere into which gradually thinner and thicker clouds of tobacco smoke gently curl, that so strongly attracts the patrons and makes tobacco, coffee, newspapers and conversation nowhere near as enjoyable as here.“ (link to https://epilog.de/ein-wiener-kaffeehaus.ueber-land-und-meer.1876)
A journalist already observed this in Vienna 150 years ago. This tradition is still alive today and B-SAFE26 continues it.
In the coffeehouse, people do not merely read and observe, but argue, contradict and develop ideas further — an informal exchange where perspectives are condensed and refined.
B-SAFE26 takes up precisely this principle. No distance, no mere listening, but an environment in which genuine exchange arises and continues. Ideas are not presented as finished conclusions, but tested and sharpened in dialogue.
The deliberately limited number of participants creates the ideal setting for this. Those present become active participants in a culture of conversation in which relevance is not asserted but revealed through genuine exchange.
Participation in B-SAFE26 can be seamlessly combined with a stay in Vienna – a city long defined by culture, history, and a distinctive way of life.
A limited room allocation is available for participants at the Hotel Sacher Wien – a hotel that is itself part of Vienna’s history. Located just minutes from the venue, the Sacher offers preferential rates including breakfast for early bookings. Reservations are made via a separate link in connection with ticket purchase. Availability is limited.
